The RBP provides and supports through the comprehensive Passport to Leadership Program a variety of workshops, campus events, corporate networking, speaker series, and community engagement opportunities to develop professional skills desired by corporate recruiters including the following:

- Leadership/Professional Development
- Community/Civic Engagement
It is imperative that students embrace multicultural environments as the university is moving to a more diverse population – and most companies and organizations are as well. At Ernst & Young, we call this approach having a ‘global mindset.’ It requires being inclusive leaders – every one of us – and striving to understand and value the differences in others so we can deliver our best work as a team. Students who take advantage of multicultural learning, teaming and collaborating opportunities while in school will have an easier transition to working in our global marketplace.
